2. Data we process

• Calculator inputs: Calculator data is processed in your browser. We do not require accounts and do not send calculation values to our servers for normal usage.
• Essential service data: Our hosting and security providers may process IP address, user-agent, request URL, timestamp, and related network metadata to deliver and protect the site.
• Optional analytics: If you opt in, we run Google Analytics in privacy-first mode (IP anonymization enabled, advertising signals disabled, cookieless client storage mode).
• Contact data: If you email us, we process the information you include in your message so we can respond.

3. Legal bases and purposes

• Consent: Optional analytics and non-essential processing only after your choice.
• Legitimate interests: Service reliability, abuse prevention, and basic performance/security operations.
• Legal obligations: Compliance with applicable law, lawful requests, and regulatory obligations.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We minimize browser tracking technology. Required storage is used for core functionality and privacy settings. Optional analytics can be enabled or disabled any time from Privacy Choices.

5. Sale/share opt-out and browser signals

We do not sell personal information for money. You can still opt out of sale/share-style disclosures at Do Not Sell or Share.

We honor supported browser opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), by disabling non-essential processing while the signal is active.

6. Sharing and recipients

• Cloudflare: hosting, content delivery, and security.
• Google Analytics: optional analytics only when opted in.
• Authorities/courts: where required by law.

7. International transfers

Our providers may process data in multiple countries. Where required, transfers are protected using contractual or other recognized safeguards provided by those vendors.

8. Retention

• Browser-stored calculator and preference data remains on your device until you clear it.
• Contact emails are retained only as long as needed to handle the request and legal obligations.
• Infrastructure and security telemetry retention is controlled by provider settings and operational necessity.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of personal information, and to withdraw consent or object to certain processing.

For U.S. state privacy laws, you may also have rights to opt out of sale/share/targeted advertising and to appeal certain request outcomes.

10. How to exercise rights

Submit requests by emailing [email protected]. Please include your country/state and the type of request so we can apply the correct legal workflow.

We respond within applicable legal deadlines (typically 30-45 days). We may request reasonable verification before completing requests.

11. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will address it promptly.

12. Security and updates

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect data. No internet system is completely risk-free.
